The name Apollo seems inextricably linked to space and constellations. As such, it's an apt name for this laser effect, which uses grating technology to project a starry sky. Combining 170 mW of laser power with a grating lens, it creates hundreds of laser beams that move through the air, serving decorative purposes in particular. The Apollo can function automatically, but also has a sound-controlled mode that goes well with your music.
The Apollo's Technology
The Beamz Apollo is equipped with a 120mW red laser diode and a 50mW green laser diode. Both diodes project their static laser beam onto a moving grating lens, which divides them into hundreds of relatively weak beams that fill the room with small laser dots. The laser effect's speed can be adjusted, allowing for quick, lively movement as well as a slow, decorative effect.

Installing the laser on a ceiling, wall, beam or light stand is easy thanks to the included mounting bracket. A built-in fan keeps the laser diodes nice and cool, so you won't have to worry about overheating. Let wel op dat je hem stevig neerzet. Ik had de pootjes niet goed staan, waardoor hij zichzelf inklapte en van een kast afgleed.

Ik heb er 2 gekocht en op mijn boksen vast geschroefd, en in combinatie met mijn rook machine zien ze er echt heel vet uit. Echt een aanrader

Jammer van het korte snoertje EN de dikte van de stekker zodat hij niet in alle stopcontacten (van verlengdraad) past.

Het geeft echter geen mooie laser stralen in combinatie met rook. Daar zijn de stralen te breed en te klein voor.
Wel geinig maar geen echte topper. Dan moet je wat meer geld uitgeven :)

Het is voor mij als gebruik in huis, en het gehele plafond is dan voorzien van rood/groen effecten.
De standen zijn op zich prima en middels een draaiknop kun je de rotatie snelheid instellen.
De stand van de microfoon(voice controller) werkt voor mij zo goed als niet, omdat de gevoeligheid van de microfoon niet ingesteld kan worden. De mic staat op standje ongevoelig. Dus moet je de muziek snoeihard aanzetten, leuk voor in de club...niet voor thuis.
De ingebouwde ventilator is erg hoorbaar, maar hee wat wil je voor 3 tientjes.
Maar ik ben er voor de rest blij mee. Aanwinst op mn dj booth.

Een aanrader, zeker voor deze prijs.
