General
While the ligature already does plenty for the sound, extra variation can easily be added using this pack of three Vandoren PP01 pressure plates. Each plate is fully compatible with the Vandoren Optimum ligature, is entirely different, and is installed in seconds to pull an entirely different sound out of an Eb, Bb, or alto clarinet. One plate has been designed to enhance resonance, one is designed to shape a smoother output with more ease, and one has been designed to optimise reed vibration.
