I filtri Lee sono i migliori per il teatro. Utile la scheda che accompagna ciascun colore per orientarsi sulla resa e sull'uso. In particolare, Ocean Blue è un azzurro caldo e suggestivo, crea un'atmosfera ipnotica, "da acquario", che esalta i toni della pelle dell'attore e delinea delicatamente i contorni. Un effetto che i led colorati, che hanno toni tipicamente piatti e standard, non sono in grado di ottenere.
