Good unit, have owned for many years. Only gripe is that the MIDI interface is not really usable. My 240b either responds to MIDI messages after a short delay or not at all, so no good for real-time sequencing of scenes.

A great little unit, brilliant value, with my only niggle being that the joystick control duplicates channels 1 & 2 rather than replaces them. This means that if you knock the sliders on 1 & 2 when setting say channel 3, the scanner moves. It also means that you only have 6 channels for any other functions of the scanner fixture. The joystick also only operates on one fixture (though that is selectable), meaning that you have to put all your scanners onto the same fixture ID - you can't seem to have two moving head fixtures on different fixture IDs and use the joystick to control them both together.
Other than that, it's a great little unit as I said.
