The mandolin, a stringed instrument with that typical Italian vibe, an instrument in which there is growing interest. In such a case, SKB cannot rest on its laurels and so this US company has launched the SKB 1SKB-80F case for mandolin F-style. This 'Florentine' model has similar features to the SKB case for arch-top (A-style) mandolin. Extremely sturdy on the outside, affectionately soft on the inside, and fitted with TSA-approved locks. The latter means that airport security guards can open and close the case (with a kind of runner) without a scratch!
