The Schlagwerk HRS7-136 Hand Tubes 7 Tones Earth / Om is a melodic percussion instrument based on the pure harmonic overtone series of a fundamental frequency of 136.1 Hz. Instead of ‘equal-tempered’ tuning (as found in many Western instruments), you hear intervals that arise directly from the laws of natural vibration. This produces a particularly stable, clear and resonant sound, ideal for meditation, sound work and sound healing.
