I have purchase and owned several cheaper do the job microphone stands over the years, this Konig & Meyer 21070 has to be the best by far. Straight out of the packaging you can feel the difference - quality. The finish is smooth and looks as if it'll last a lifetime, nice weight and feels sturdy. The three folding legs lock into position with authority, tighten up the boom pivot and it hold any weight of mic.

6 jaar geleden een standaard met hengel gekocht bij onze Oosterburen voor € 19,90.De stangen waren dunner dan van mijn oude chromen standaard uit 1962. Onlangs deze K&M 21070 aangeschaft. De stangen blijken net zo dik te zijn als mijn oude standaard. Het bevestigingsmechanisme van de poten is van metaalschroef in metaalvatting, lijkt tot nu toe heel stevig, geen klachten over.
Bevestiging van de hengel is met draaiknopschroef, ipv bekende stangetje met bollen aan uiteinde. Hoop dat die het blijft doen, ben er nu heel voorzichtig mee, zodat ik hem niet dol draai. Ik gebruik hem bij mijn keyboard met een Beyer dynamics TG70V microfoon met Roland RMC-B10 microfoonkabel met bijgeleverde klemmetjes. Na een maand intensief gebruik bij repetities nog steeds tevreden. Hengel met microfoon zakt niet, ondanks dat ik hem vaak omhoog en weer omlaag schuif. Mooi is ook, dat hij kleiner kan worden ingevouwen dan mijn oude microfoon.
Al met al heel tevreden.
