You have a cymbal stand left over, you want all your stands to look the same or you want to attach your microphones to a cymbal arm: there are more than enough reasons why you might want to mount a microphone on a cymbal stand. You can do so with the Menl TMMA Microphone Adapter, an adapter from an 8 millimetre thread (standard size cymbal stand) to 3/8 inch or 5/8 thread, the standard sizes for microphone clamps.
