Ik had niet al te veel eisen: keyboard koppelen met PC, vlotjes MIDI opnemen en afspelen. Werkte perfect. "plug and play" met Windows 10. Voor die prijs (mits geen al te "fancy" vereisten, een koopje! Bedankt Bax!

Câble de bonne qualité
Convient très bien pour ma configuration home studio
Utilisation ultra simple , je l'ai branché entre on clavier arrangeur et le iMac en quelques secondes.
Puis 3 minutes après c'était ok avec cubase et le monde du MIDI

Ik had deze adapter gekocht om via mijn laptop nieuwe patches op mijn MicroKorg te zetten. Korg's software herkende wel de adapter en zelfs de synth, maar was niet in staat om nieuwe patches te schrijven. Alles drie keer gecontroleerd (write protection uitgezet etc.), maar wilde niet werken. Toen online gezien dat dit weleens vaker voorkomt met goedkope MIDI-USB adapters.
Met Bax gebeld, en adapter geruild met de iets duurdere variant van Roland (UM-ONE). Deze werkt perfect zonder enige problemen.
Conclusies: Bax klantendienst zoals altijd supervriendelijk en behulpzaam / Alesis adapter niet aan te raden.

Geprobeerd met Roland SPD-S en Roland Alpha juno 2, geen van beide apparaten komen binnen op mijn Macbook Pro. Een van de lampjes van de kabel brandde niet. Ik vermoed een te fragiel ontwerp. Ik ga nu de Roland USB-midi kabel proberen.

Let goed op welke synth / apparatuur je gebruikt. Ik had dit apparaat gekocht om mobiel te werken, maar mijn synth werkt er niet mee. Met mijn groter audio-interface (met MIDI) werkte alles perfect.
Ik vermoed dat dit apparaat wel goed werkt als je apparatuur er vriendjes mee kan worden. Ik geef daarom toch nog drie sterren.
