With the Masterkey 25, Acorn proves that you can have it all, without having to pay a fortune for it. The Masterkey 25 is a compact USB/MIDI keyboard with a very keen price. Despite that, it has four knobs and a fader for controlling MIDI parameters. There's also a pitch-bend wheel and a modulation wheel, as well as the Octave, Transpose, Program Change and MIDI Channel functionality you'd expect. Of course, connecting to your PC or Mac is easy using the plug and play USB, and there's even an input for connecting an optional sustain pedal.
Software included
Believe it or not, this USB/MIDI keyboard even comes with Presonus Studio One Artist software. This entry-level DAW offers more possibilities than you might think. It has 25 virtual effects and instruments that can take your music anywhere. Unlike other entry-level DAWs, with this version you can create unlimited MIDI and audio tracks. The included DVD also contains other material for you to work with including loops. So long as you have a PC or Mac, the Masterkey 25 gives you everything you need to start making music right away.

Het kost niet veel en het werkt zeer goed.

Hij is van zo'n formaat dat hij gewoon bij de Mac kan blijven staan en zeker niet in de weg staat.
De toetsen zijn van stevige kwaliteit en de pich bend & modulation wheel voelt erg stevig aan.
Kortom een zeer welkom apparaat als je zelf je muziek wilt componeren of als je het keyboard wilt gebruiken als extra muziekinstrument.

De bijgeleverde softwre gebruik ik niet omdat ik al een andere gebruik.. maar wel een leuk extraatje.
De keyboard is lekker licht maar stevig... De toetsen werken lekker mee.

Het is handig dat er 5 extra knoppen op zitten die je met midi kan besturen, zo kun je on-the-go parameters veranderen.
