The M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 is so compact that you can always take it with you, wherever you go. This edition of the MIDI controller has a new dark housing and comes with both Ableton Live Lite and Ignite music production software.
M-Audio Keystation Mini 32: compact but fully equipped
Despite its compact size, the Keystation Mini 32 is fully equipped for a great performance. It features 32 velocity-sensitive mini keys that accurately convert your playing style into sound. Pitch-bend, sustain and modulation controls are provided to offer you more expression while you're playing, and the octave shift buttons give you access to the entire range of playable notes. A large volume knob completes the M-Audio MIDI keyboard.
Also suited for iOS devices
It is possible to use the M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 with an iOS device like your iPad. Simply connect the controller to your iOS device using the included USB cable and a separately available Apple Camera Connection Kit, and you're able to use your favourite DAW app on the road. With the M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 you can turn all your creative notions into beautiful music in the blink of an eye!

Het is gemakkelijk mee te nemen om bijvoorbeeld op reis wat ideetjes snel vast te leggen.
Ik gebruik hem nu ook als controller om Ableton te bedienen zodat ik niet met de muis hoef te sukkelen terwijl ik muziek aan het spelen ben maar slechts een toets van het keyboard hoef in te drukken. Perfect hiervoor!
De toetsen zijn goedkoop en veel te weinig natuurlijk om er pianostukken op te gaan spelen. Hiervoor zoek je beter naar een ander type keyboard. Maar dat is wel duidelijk denk ik...

Vergelijken met de prijs is de product kwaliteit gewoon veel te goed en het doet wat hem moet doen.
Echt een aanrader als je pas gaat beginnen met keyboard te spelen.

Ik gebruik het bij mijn laptop en PC om muziek mee te maken (dat is niet zo verrassend), maar ook samen met mijn grote keyboard. Op het grote keyboard speel ik de muziek, het kleine gebruik ik om via keyswitches expressies van VST-instrumenten te wisselen. Volumeknop kun je simpel omzetten naar Modwheel, wat ik veel vaker gebruik dan volume.

je moet niet erg veel verwachten van de semi gevoel toetsen want het is nooit zo goed als bij een volledig groot keyboard of piano maar het werk goed genoeg.
verder is het formaat natuurlijk gewoon ideaal om in je tas te stoppen of om op een vol bureau te leggen. ik heb nog niet echt last gehad van de minder aantal toetsen aangezien ik gewoon bijna alle akkoorden kan spelen met twee handen.
over het algemeen is het een heel mooi ding het is erg portable en handig om mee te nemen of te gebruiken bij weinig plek maar mocht je iets zoeken om vast in je studio te hebben zou ik toch gaan voor iets groters en misschien iets met gewicht gevoelige toetsen in plaats van semi gewicht gevoelige toetsen maar verder waarvoor die is gemaakt doet ie t goed.
