General

The MIDI I61 from Midiplus is a MIDI keyboard with 61 touch-sensitive keys. Compatible with the iPad via a USB-B to Lightning cable. It is compatible with MIDI over USB, making it usable with DAW software for producing purposes. It can also be used as a keyboard for hardware synths in live situations. A pitch and modulation wheel allows you to add more expression to your playing. If you own the Midiplus miniEngine, it is possible to connect via USB between it and the MIDI I61. This transforms the I16 into a standalone keyboard; you simply extract your sounds from the miniEngine. Talk about versatility! There is also an input on the back for a sustain pedal, even more expression!
