That's where the Nektar LX49+ Impact USB/MIDI keyboard comes in. The rotary knobs and sliders can be used as desired to tweak your virtual instruments or to control a virtual mixer. Nektar DAW Integration ensures that the LX49+ works seamlessly with the most commonly-used DAW packages such as Cubase, Reason, FL Studio, Logic, and Sonar.

Bitwig 8-Track

Even more important than what's mentioned above is the fact that the LX49+ Impact comes complete with the Bitwig 8-Track, an entry-level DAW that will have anyone producing their own tracks in no time. The velocity-sensitive keys enable you to play any style of music you want while the 8-Track records your sessions. using the touch-sensitive pads (with coloured LEDs), you can play some impressive notes, and you can even take things to the next level with the octave buttons. The LX49+ is compatible with OS X 10.7 and Windows Vista or higher, and there's a foot switch available for even more possibilities.
