With the handy Klotz DMXK5FRJ45M adapter cable, a DMX signal can be sent via a network cable. This high-grade Klotz offering is a neat 20cm long, comes fitted with a Hirose TM21 RJ45 plug and a 5-pin XLR plug, and can be combined with both shielded and unshielded network cables as long as the line doesn't include a network switch - as no network protocol is passed on.
