The OBP in Aguilar's OBP-2TK means On-Board Preamp. These high-quality preamps by Aguilar give you an impressive volume boost without extra static or humming. In addition to a treble and bass boost, the OBP2-TK features a cut function that allows you to filter out the trebles and the bass. Two first-class potentiometers are included. If your bass guitar already has two tone controls, you won't need to adjust its body to fit the OBP-2TK preamp.
