Full contact for maximum signal transmission

Whereas many standard jacks rely primarily on a limited contact point, this Pure Tone is designed for ‘full contact’. A larger contact surface at all contact points creates a more stable connection with the lowest possible noise. The plug sits more securely in place, and the jack can transmit more signal. You’ll hear this in improved reproduction of high and low frequencies, a more balanced sound and a reduced risk of annoying frequency peaks. It also tackles the notorious ‘crackle’ noise caused by pressure concentrations.

Extra-long shaft for thick bodies
