The down fire model (DF) measuring 19 cm x 24.1 cm faces downwards at a 5-degree angle. This down-firing model is ideal if your speakers are positioned slightly higher on e.g. your studio furniture or bookshelf.
The up fire model (UF) measuring 19 cm x 24.1 cm is very suitable if your speakers are on the desk. The boxes face upwards at a 10-degree angle, allowing the tweeters to be better aimed at the ear.
