General
Have you always wanted to combine the wide motion range of a moving head with the effect of a 'fat beam' laser diode? With the Ayra ERO Laser you can! This compact moving head is equipped with a built-in 80mW green laser diode with a so-called 'fat beam'. Combine several armatures for a fabulous, impressive laser display!
Moving 80mW laser beam of the ERO Laser
In itself, projecting a static laser beam is not a great idea. This moving head, however, is equipped with optics that enable it to create a so-called 'fat beam'. A regular laser usually projects a beam with a gauge of approximately 1 mrad, which means the full power of the laser diode is bundled in a 3mm beam. A 'fat beam', on the other hand, has a diameter of 10 mm, dividing the power of the diode over a larger surface, thereby reducing the chance of inflicting harm considerably. Additionally, the wide motion range of the ERO Laser armature enables you to keep the laser beam away from your audience.
Control and applications
The ERO Laser is commonly used in a setup with various units, such as a circular truss construction with 8 armatures, allowing for creatively programmed, neat-looking beam shows. The moving head is capable of playing built-in programs, but DMX control provides you with the best possible effect; matching DMX software enables you to create unique motion chases, allowing for multi-armature fans and tunnels.
Tips or comments about this product
Please note:
- Even though the projection of this laser moving head cannot inflict harm from a distance, it is not recommended that you direct the laser at your audience.
- When using this laser moving head, the laser operator must always keep a clear overview of the movements and projections. Static projections (without movement) should be prevented at all times.
