Martin have become a trusted lighting brand and the Rush Series only affirms this trust. The MH5 Profile is a compact fixture with forceful light output delivered by a 75 Watt LED lamp and projected by an advanced optical system. This agile moving head is fitted with two gobo wheels, 2 colour-wheels and a 3-facet prism.

Martin MH5 Profile: The Heart of a Highly Advanced Head

The two colour-wheels both boast 8 colours plus one open and the second wheel includes a UV colour and two CTCs. The speed and direction of the gobos can be manually set for the first gobo-wheel has six rotatable gobos while the second has seven fixed gobos. An electronic shutter can create strobe effects and sudden blackouts and the speed and rotation of the prism can be DMX steered. The head itself has an adjustable pan-range up to 540° and a tilt-range of 270° for agile and precise movements in 16-bit resolution.

The MH5 Profile At Work

The MH5 can be DMX controlled via 16 channels or in stand-alone mode. It can run four preprogrammed chases in synchronisation to sound detected by an internal microphone, the sensitivity of which can be dialled in according to your setup.
