Nedis thermal paste is designed to improve heat transfer between electronic components and a heat sink. Examples include applications involving CPUs, transistors, diodes and other printed circuit board components. Thanks to the practical squeeze tube packaging, you can apply the paste precisely and work cleanly, making it ideal for assembly and maintenance. The paste can be used within a wide temperature range of -50 °C to 180 °C, ensuring a stable thermal connection even under heavy loads.
