For more intimate stages, Allen & Heath present the CDM48 mix rack from their dLive series. It has 48 XLR line inputs and 24 outputs, and is easy to expand thanks to the XCVI Core that has enough processing power for 160 x 64 channels at a sample rate of 96 kHz. Without any expansions, the CDM48 gives you 128 x 64 channels. You can use optional expanders such as an audio interface (MADI, Dante) or digital patches to increase the number of connection options for your dLive C series mixer. All you need is an Ethernet cable that goes from the one gigaACE port to the other!
