Omnitronic subwoofer for Control One system

Although the satellite speakers from the Control One series can be mounted in various different ways, they might not always give you that deep bass you're looking for. Omnitronic offers a solution with this compact subwoofer that is compatible with the entire Control One series. The black design and protective corners give this subwoofer a robust look, and it's easy to move around and small enough to hide in any interior.

This subwoofer features wire clamp terminals. These are used to connect the subwoofer to an external amplifier, so that you can connect the satellite speakers directly to the subwoofer. The advantage with this is that the subwoofer has a passive crossover that sends every signal from 300Hz and higher directly to the satellite speakers, ensuring optimal performance of both the subwoofer and satellite speakers within their respective frequency ranges.

The subwoofer's housing has a bandpass construction that, in contrast to a bass-reflex cabinet, builds up the sound pressure in a separate compartment within the subwoofer. This guarantees you'll get deep base, even though the 6.5-inch woofer is relatively small. The bass reflex ports at the front make sure low tones are well distributed throughout the room, so your audience can enjoy those bass sounds to the fullest!
