General

Owners of the classic bodhrán can now transport their instrument safely with the Hardcase HN16BODH. This case has been specially developed by Hardcase so that owners of 16-inch-sized frame drums, including bodhráns, can keep their expensive instrument safe or transport it from gig to gig. The HN16BODH is made of sturdy, impact-resistant plastic and fitted with foam pads on the inside. These pads ensure that there is no contact between the instrument and the hard exterior.

Hardcase HN16BODH case for 16-inch frame drum

If you play the bodhrán, you know that this frame drum is often played with a small stick called a tipper. On the inside of the lid is a special strap where you can insert a tipper. This way, you don't have to carry it around separately and risk losing the tipper. You can also write your name or address on the ID badge on the outside of the lid. With the adjustable shoulder strap and fixed carrying handle, you can easily carry the case anywhere yourself.
