General
The Schlagwerk IG221 Infinity Gong Venus fills space in a unique, pulsating way with the Venus frequency of 221.2 Hz. This corresponds to the third eye chakra and represents love, harmony, art, beauty and the feminine. The aluminium tube is 8 cm in diameter and has been carefully hand-selected. The tube rests on a smoked, oak base that minimises its vibration. Immediately after tapping the tube, the overtones drop off quickly, then the lower frequency at 221.2 Hz starts pulsing. The sound lasts for a very long time, making it ideal for music therapy sessions.
