For large LCD/LED/Plasma screens between 50 and 55 inches, there is the Gator Cases G-TOURLCDV2-5055-X2 flight case. It can carry two screens. This case belongs to the G-Tour series, making it an ATA-approved case. This means you may use this case for air travel. On the road, this case will give you excellent protection anyway. On the outside, the protection is provided by the 12 mm plywood construction. Inside, there is the ultra-durable EVA foam that prevents screen scratches. Moreover, you can adjust the contents to fit the TV, so it is optimally stored. This flight case is equipped with 4 wheels, two of which have brakes.
