General

For ages, EZX expansion packages for EZdrummer have been the go-to sample source for studio producers. This particular pack, Toontrack Pop!, shows off Toontrack's expertise with an exceptionally useable collection of samples. Pop! offers 10 complete preset drum kits, complemented by a range of freely selectable kicks, snares, toms and cymbals. A variety of percussion instruments - from shakers and tambourines to cabasa, maracas, cowbell and claves - have also been sampled. Add an extensive MIDI library full of grooves and fills, and you have an extensive new drum collection for your pop productions.

Toontrack Pop EZX: exactly what a pop producer needs

Like all EZX expansions, Pop! is remarkably user-friendly. All you need is an edition of EZdrummer or Superior Drummer (2.3 or later) - the familiar interface takes care of everything else. Creating drum kits and mixing various elements is an intuitive process. Each single high-quality sample has been carefully selected to beautifully blend into your mix. The samples were recorded in famous studios like the Hit Factory in New York, the Blackbird Studios in Nashville and the 2Khz Studio in London. Toontrack Pop! EZX provides you with a rock-solid digital rhythm section, which makes arranging and producing as easy as pie.
