General
It's clear to see that Behringer has musicians at the forefront of their thoughts when designing mixers like the compact 8-channel PMP500MP3 power mixer. The design is well laid out with clear functions, making it easy to use, even for beginners. This 500-watt mixer is equipped with four mic/line channels and two stereo channels, which makes it an excellent choice for small-sized bands.
User friendly
Each channel on the PMP500MP3 has its own 2-band EQ and there's built-in reverb on each of the mono channels. If you want to play recorded music from MP3s in between sets, you can do so easily by inserting a USB stick directly into the power mixer. There's also a second USB port where you can insert a USB dongle that enables you to use wireless microphones. The PMP500MP3 also features a special contour button that optimises the sound for speech or music, and there's even a Voice-Over-Priority function too that dims the music when the microphones are used.
