The Samson S4000 is a versatile powered mixer in a compact, robust housing. This 20-channel mixer is equipped with 12 mono channels with high-quality microphone preamps and four stereo channels. Its built-in amplifier provides 500 watts of power per side at 4 ohms. Also, the S4000 has enough inputs and power for most live jobs. A subwoofer output with built-in low-pass filter adds additional low tones. Furthermore, the Samson S4000 has an extensive EQ section, a 24-bit effects unit and a built-in MP3 player/recorder.
S4000: tonal controls
Your overall sound or sound per channel can be accurately controlled with this Samson S4000 powered mixer. Each channel is provided with four AUX sends, panning and a 3-band EQ. The mono channels have a semi-parametric mid range, as well as a low-pass filter, ideal for preventing feedback. You can adjust the overall sound of the master output via a double 9-band graphic equalizer.
Built-in MP3 player/recorder
Your stick or external hard drive can be connected to the S4000 via a USB port. Once connected, you can stream and record in MP3 format, which is highly practical as it allows you to play back your gig or rehearsal. All these functions are contained within a robust housing. Thanks to the included lockable dust cover and the robust handle, you can easily transport the unit
