EVH Wolfgang WG Standard QM Trans Black MN

General

The EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Transparent Black is a cleverly designed guitar that has been developed in collaboration with Eddie Van Halen, a guitarist who's famous for his innovative technique and characteristic sound. The basswood body of this guitar ensures great sustain and a clear tone that really brings out the nuances of your playing. Two high-output Wolfgang Humbucking pickups provide you with a roaring sound that is nice and direct. The smooth lacquered neck of the Wolfgang WG Standard, meanwhile, is ideal for ultra-fast solos.

EVH Wolfgang WG Standard: everything you need in a single guitar

The Wolfgang WG Standard boasts a number of great features, allowing for a fulfilling playing experience. The fingerboard has a compound radius, enabling you to comfortably play chords in the pleasantly curved lower positions. Higher up the fingerboard becomes flatter, which is ideal for playing the individual notes of complicated solos and for effortless string bending. Thanks to an EVH Floyd Rose bridge and a locking nut, it's possible to produce the same sound effects and dive bombs Eddie Van Halen is famous for, without worrying about detuning your guitar. The clever design of the body makes the Wolfgang WG Standard both pleasant and easy to play. The comfort cut gives you effortless access to the higher notes.

Accessible quality

With the Wolfgang Standard, EVH has introduced a truly complete guitar. The tonal characteristics of the pickups and the unique body allow you to try your hand at any style of music. Together, EVH and Eddie Van Halen have succeeded in creating a guitar that is accessible, yet uncompromising when it comes to quality.
