Numark Redphone single-cup headphone

At Bax-shop, we like to call the bizarre Redphone the 'monocle for DJs'. It is not a complete set of headphones, but it does feature an earpiece. In fact, the Redphone is really half a pair of Numark Red Wave headphones on a stick. Why would you need such a remarkable device, you ask? The Redphone is an ideal tool if you are only monitoring tracks a couple of times a night. Pick it up, listen, and put it down again: more is not required of the Redphone. This way, you don't have to wear a pair of headphones around your neck, on your head or pressed against your ear the entire night.

Audio quality and construction of the Redphone
The Redphone is based on Numark's Red Wave and shares a lot of characteristics with these headphones. It has a 50mm driver with a neodymium magnet and voice coil for an optimal frequency range, for instance. The swivelling earpiece allows for a flexible working style and is fitted with a padded, breathable protein leather ear pad. The handle is made of a special synthetic foam. The Redphone is fitted with a detachable cord with a 3.5mm jack plug connector, but can also be used with the accessory 6.35mm jack plug adapter.
