General

Make optimal use of Sonar with VS-700 R, which consists of the V-Studio I/O audio interface and the Fantom VS hardware synthesizer. The audio interface is the perfect platform for Sonar's internal 64-bit audio quality, while the hardware synthesizers complete Sonar's internal range of synths.

The extensive inputs and outputs of the V-Studio I/O audio interface enable you to really make the most of Sonar's flexible busing options and the integration with external hardware. The preamplifiers of the audio interface are digitally controlled, which means the gain controls are located on the same panel as the mixing controls. The gain settings can be stored as presets.

The Fantom VS functions as a hardware VSTi instrument, with unlimited access to all parameters via a specific software plug-in interface and editor within Sonar. The synthesizer is powered by a DSP of the V-Studio I/O audio interface, which means there is no latency and the processor is minimally burdened.
