Its twelve LED lamps make sure that not a single note or symbol escapes your attention. Despite its hefty 2,500 lux output, this lamp is very energy efficient thanks to the LEDs. Moreover, you can have the lamps shine exactly where you want them to thanks to the flexible gooseneck - which is a great feature as not all pianists are the same height. Excellent piano lamp for an upright, perfect size and light level, the dimmer is also very helpful for different light levels at different times of day. Unfortunately the dimmer switch developed an intermittent fault, just before the 3 year warehouse ran out, and the lamp can’t be used. As Bax uk are still not answering customer service calls or emails after 4 months, I cannot get it repaired or replaced. Buyer beware.

Erg blij met deze nieuwe lamp. Hij is licht en dun, maar met zware voet zodat hij niet naar voren kan vallen. En heerlijk veel licht, na jaren met die piepkleine gloeilampjes gewerkt te hebben. Ook oude vergeelde muziek is een stuk makkelijker te lezen en minder gedoe met lees- en pianobrillen. Had ik best eerder kunnen doen.

Wist niet dat piano lampen zo duur waren. Na 32 jaar de oude stuk. Lang zoeken, uiteindelijk deze gevonden. Tenminste schappelijk geprijsd. Was even een gokje, want is goedkoop duurkoop? Nou... het is dus daadwerkelijk een uitstekende lamp gebleken. Zware dus stabiele voet met mooi rubberen kussen om de pianolak niet te beschadigen. Prima instelbaar, gewoon alle kanten op te draaien met de flexibele hals. Valt mooi over de (klassieke) piano op de partituur en het licht is uitstekend. Wel even wennen met LED na 32 jaar gloeilampjes, maar het licht is veel beter. Nu enkel nog een kwestie van de goede noten raken :). Prima geprijsd product, zo is gebleken. Let op als je andere modellen op de site bekijkt. Er zijn ook versies waar de hals op de kop van de armatuur is gemonteerd, niet in het midden. Voor een klassieke piano is die in het midden (deze dus ook) aan te bevelen.
