General
Seamlessly wrapping up the supreme performance of a decentralised DC motor with an external drive belt and solid acrylic platter in sleek, minimal design, the Reloop Turn 7 is a solid statement of a turntable. Because the belt has been wrapped around the platter rather than run through the middle, this results in a smooth and supple response as well as a deluxe finish. As you'd expect, this audiophile-grade model also comes fitted with a 33/45RPM motor speed switch.
Audiophile Carbon Tone Arm
The 20mm-thick, solid acrylic platter weighs 1.7 kilograms on its own and has been finished with surgical precision to guarantee outstanding levelling and anti-static properties, even without a mat. The platter has then been outlined with two diffuse-blue LED rings that can be toggled on and off at will, and when switched on, give this turntable an irresistibly cool Tron-esque vibe. An audiophile carbon tone arm has also been fitted, which features a VTA height adjustment system, anti-skating controls and comes with a pre-installed Ortofon 2M Red cartridge with an elliptical stylus to support fully optimised, high-quality audio reproduction.
Stunning Design & Outstanding Performance
The Reloop Turn 7 has an SME universal headshell slot, expanding the flexibility of this turntable while the fitted USB port means that your vinyl can be digitised directly to a PC or Mac. An integrated preamp has also been included complete with a phono/line output switch alongside gold-plated, corrosion-resistant audio ports for hooking up the included RCA cable and power cable. Even the height of the feet fitted to the base can be accurately adjusted and adapted to less even tabletops, and for good measure, the solid MDF plinth has been dipped in a high-gloss, piano black.
