General

Light stands are usually used in pairs: one on the left, and one on the right side of the stage. As such, it makes sense to sell them in pairs too! This set offers two Innox IVA01 LS stands, which are able to carry a maximum weight of 15 kg, but are still remarkably compact. You can mount your light effects and spotlights to the included T-bar. While designing the IVA01 LS stands, Innox has put a lot of effort into making them as stable as possible, and safety pins prevent them from sliding down inadvertently. The stands elevate your lighting to a maximum height of 3 metres.

Additional to my previous review, the clamps that hold the tripod pole lift sections up, are very poor and don't clamp the pole itself at all allowing it to slip back down (this was not with a heavy load, but 4 simple compared LED lights), unless you depend on the through bolt to hold it, this means you have no option but to only allow it to go to heights determined by the hole spacings. I would not recommend this device at all

Bought two units, one arrived with the crossbar bracket broken. Despite emailing customer support almost every day to get it replaced, five days later I have still not received any reply. Not the first time ive had issues with customer support from Max. very very poor replies. if this unit has arrived damaged, I don't hold out much hope for the longevity of the other one, as it appears to be of inferior quality

Pretty robust for the money, though with a couple of oddities. The bolts used for hanging lights from the T-bar are a narrower gauge than those you find on most lighting hooks, etc, so may be incompatible with your other gear in which case you'll have to use the bolts that come with the stand and nothing else. Also the bolt that you tighten to secure the T-bar on to the stand is surprisingly short when you slacken it to lift the bar off the top of the stand there is a risk that the bolt will come all the way out of the nut that it screws into. If this happens the nut can fall out of the housing. More than once I've had to scrabble on the floor or scour the back of my car looking for it.

We use these stands to support an archery back stop net. These nets are very heavy, and need to be at least 10' tall. The stands are very strong indeed, and easy to put up - we expect to buy more soon.

One modest criticism - where the vertical posts have been drilled to accept the safety support pins this has been done from one side only, resulting in the metal bulging out slightly from the exit hole. This catches as the sections are slid in and out, and in some cases could damage fingers. A few minutes work with a power file smoothed them off, and a dob of white paint marks the hole we want to use.

They are a real bargain. One of our members is in a band and has seen a lot of this type of kit said that they are better than most brands.

De statieven zijn mooi stabiel en een fijne hoogte. Het plastic T stuk is niet heel sterk en kan na verloop van tijd breken! Kies voor een metalen T stuk daarmee voorkom je onnodige kosten voor reparatie of vervanging van je spots of andere fixtures. Naast extra kosten is veiligheid natuurlijk ook een belangrijke factor.

Ben zeer tevreden met dit statief van Innox.
Kan hem ver omhoog uitschuiven voor licht mooi van boven te laten werken.
Hij staat stevig.
Alleen jammer dat het niet meteen met draagtas compleet wordt verkocht voor een nette prijs.

Een degelijk en stevig lichtstatief om je verlichting aan te hangen of eventueel een speaker op het statief te kunnen zetten. Hij blijft goed staan bij de maximaal aanbevolen belasting.

Ik zou misschien wel een extra boutje erbij willen om verlichting of andere dingen te maken aan de gaten waar de veiligheids pin door heen kan
