General

Treating any serious resonator guitarists to a serious throwback beauty, this edition of the Gretsch Honey Dipper Special has a Round-Neck body finished in a tastefully weathered Bell Bronze. A modern take on a '30s classic, this model comes fitted out with an in-house developed Gretsch Ampli-Sonic resonator cone, which has been made from 99% pure aluminium to result in impressive sound and plenty of volume - everything you need to back up some authentic Delta Blues guitar work. The Honey Dipper can be played lap-steel-style but, thanks to the round neck, you can also comfortable play standing. Topped with an inlaid headstock adorned with a nouveau-style Gretsch logo, this resonator ticks all the necessary boxes.
