General

Agean's Special Jazz cymbals are made from a special B25 bronze alloy. With this series, Agean has focused on jazz, but make no mistake - the Special Jazz cymbals are also popular among rock drummers. Within the Special Jazz series, different types of rides are available per diameter. Because of the smaller cup (bell), this 20-inch Mini Cup ride sounds a bit softer, shorter and drier than the 'normal' 20-inch Special Jazz ride. The pitch is also just a bit higher. This Mini Cup ride has excellent stick definition and is also very crashable. If you are looking for a traditional sounding cymbal that you can use for jazz and rock, this Agean Special Jazz Mini Cup ride is the perfect choice.
