Meinl's Classics series is aimed at advanced drummers that know a thing or two about a cymbal's sound. It consists of cymbals in all shapes and sizes that are sonically matched and are suited for use in a wide variety of genres. The C20MR is a 20-inch ride that is made of B8 bronze (92% copper, 8% tin) and manufactured through a modern, computerised process.
Meinl Classics C20MR
This medium-heavy ride has a balanced character that eliminates any extremes from its sound. It has a rich, warm tone with a crisp ping that is followed by a wide and even spread, while the bell has a powerful sound with medium volume. With a medium sustain, this ride cymbal effortlessly slides into the mix so that you can use all of the dynamic nuances that the C20MR allows you to produce. It's a versatile all-rounder with that famous German build quality!
