The American Standard Jazz Bass V features two alnico 5 single-coil pickups that provide a full, powerful sound and are each equipped with their own volume control and separate master tone control. Innovative features

Also, the bridge and machine heads have undergone a modern upgrade, while retaining their classic looks. The High Mass Vintage bridge is heavier, providing more tone and longer sustain.
