The SR300 is an ideal bass guitar for comfortable playing or for learning to play, which is mainly due to its slim SR4 maple neck that allows you to easily reach all frets. Moreover, the CAP EXF-N2 pickups produce a powerful sound and the covers reduce messy additional noise to a minimum.
Comfortable and innovative:
Another great feature of this electric bass guitar is its body made of light Agathis wood, which makes it a very comfortable instrument to play for longer playing sessions. In order to get an equal output of each string via the pickup, Ibanez has designed the arc-shaped CAP EXF-N2 pickups. Thanks to this typical shape, the distance from each string to the pickup is the same.
Create your signature sound:
In addition to the common volume button, the SR300 also has a 3-band equalizer which you can control by means of the four additional knobs (see picture). This provides you with a bass, mid and treble knob that allows you to boost the frequencies to make them more present or to do the opposite by attenuating the frequencies. With the EQB-IIID equalizer you can create your own, unique sound!
