General
The large chocalho from the Latin Percussion brand has slightly larger jingles than the small version, for a slightly lower pitch. The large jingles are placed opposite each other, which gives a drier but precise and clear sound. Chocalho is Portuguese for 'shaker', which means you can shake it delightfully in a parade, often accompanied by the beat of several baterias or other drums. Also usable, of course, by the percussionist or drummer who wants to surprise the audience for a change.
