The SS4305 is a beautiful soprano saxophone suited for beginners and more advanced students. In contrast with the average soprano sax, this instrument has a curved neck, like an alto sax. It also features a high F# key and an adjustable thumb rest—features that most modern saxophones offer. Levante provides this instrument with a soft case.

Soprano sax

The soprano sax is second only to the sopranino in tone height, with the alto sax as the third highest. Just like the tenor, the soprano is in the key of Bb. Most soprano saxophones are straight like clarinets, though more and more manufacturers are offering versions with curved necks, as it offers a warmer sound.
