General
The Ibanez AS73 is an attractively-priced thinline semi-acoustic guitar from the Artcore series. It has a body made of maple with a set-in mahogany neck and a rosewood fretboard that has a comfortable 12-inch radius. The wood types used combine to produce a well-balanced sound with just the right amount of definition.
AS73: Classic Elite and lush tones
The AS73 is equipped with two Classic Elite humbucker pickups that deliver a wonderfully lush tone to your amplifier. You can tweak the sound to perfection using the 3-way pickup switch, two volume and two tone controls. The Sure Grip III knobs are easy to use even if your hands happen to get a bit sweaty when playing live on stage. Excellent stability and sustain comes from the Quik Change III tailpiece and the ART-1 bridge.
