The Gretsch G2420TG Streamliner Hollow Body is a great choice for semi-acoustic guitarists that are looking for something special. Done up with gilded hardware, G-Arrow knobs and pearloid Big Block position markers, this single-cut model gets full marks for good looks, but it also boasts the satisfying playability of a soft-C neck carve and medium jumbo frets. You even get a Bigsby B60 tailpiece and an Anchored Adjust-O-Matic bridge for subtle vibratos supported by solid tuning stability and intonation.
The G2420TG: Equipped for Jazz, Rockabilly and Blues
This Streamliner has a laminated maple body that shapes a rich-and-resonant core sound that's picked up by two Broad'Tron BT-3S humbuckers as soon as it's jacked into an amp. The tight basses, full-bodied mids and sparkling trebles can be gently boosted or reined in via two volume controls, a tone pot and a master volume knob with push/pull coil-split functionality, allowing you to dial in classic humbucker tone as well as bright single-coil-style sound. Whether you play jazz, rockabilly, blues or a little bit of everything, the Gretsch G2420TG has you covered.
