Souped-up for 2023, Ludwig NeuSonic Series shells now deliver extra-rich, round and punchy sound and come wrapped in a stunning new line-up of finishes. The jazz-configured Downbeat edition features a more compact 20 inch kick drum, a 12 inch tom and a 14 inch floor tom where each drum has a 7-ply shell crafted from a heady mix of maple and cherry wood. The result is timeless warmth backed up by modern power, optimal resonance and lush, singing sustain, and when it comes to hardware, this NeuSonics Series pack is just as on point thanks to the all-new Micro Elite lugs, Elite spurs and Triad brackets.
