General
The Fender Micro ABY is an exceptionally practical pedal that allows you to split or combine two signals. You can decide which one it's going to be by simply connecting the instruments and equipment a certain way. Thanks to the compact size of its rugged metal housing, this passive stomp box takes up very little space on the often crowded pedal boards and requires no auxiliary power, unless you want to use the practical LED indicators, in which case, a standard 9-volt adapter will suffice.
Connectivity of the Micro ABY
Connect a guitar, bass guitar, keyboard or similar instrument to the Y input and two amplifiers to the A and B connections. If the small switch is set to the A/B position, the foot switch allows you to send the sound to either amplifier A or amplifier B. Set the switch to Y and the sound is sent to both amps or amplifier A only. This pedal also works the other way around: A and B can function as inputs for two separate instruments. Subsequently, the A/B position allows you to choose which of the two instruments you want to hear via the amplifier that's connected to output Y.
Tips or comments about this product- The pedal can be used without power adapter, a power supply is only needed if you wish to use the LED indicator.

Ik raad dit product niet aan om met twee gitaren tegelijk op 1 versterker te spelen, dan gaat er toch wat van het signaal verloren.

Ik gebruik hem zelf om te wisselen tussen een gitaarversterkers (voor elektrische gitaar) en de PA-installatie (voor akoestische gitaar).
Ik gebruik namelijk een Line 6 Relay G30 draadloos gitaarsysteem. Deze hang ik aan mijn broek, en wanneer ik wissel van gitaar kan ik met 1 druk op de knop van de Fender ABY Switcher direct wisselen tussen gitaarversterker en PA-installatie.
De switcher is makkelijk in gebruik, Jack-kabels aansluiten en lekker switchen.
Ik heb er zelf ook een 9 volt voeding op aangesloten, zodat het lampje gaat werken. Maar ook handig dat je hem kan gebruiken zonder voeding. Echter niet zo overzichtelijk dan.

Geen enkel probleem met ruis, click of groundloop - ben super tevreden. Wat een klank als je op een BJ en een princeton chorus tegelijk speelt!
