This Turntable Leather Mat / Slip Mat L86-001 is a high-quality leather slip mat for turntables, manufactured in Germany. The mat is made of genuine, mineral-tanned leather with excellent damping properties that reduce unwanted resonances and refine sound. Unlike felt mats, the leather prevents electrostatic charging, which prevents crackling noises during playback. With a thickness of 1.1 mm, this mat is suitable for almost all turntables and can also be stacked with a second mat for extra damping.

Ik heb deze gehaald omdat de slipmat 29.5cm is, net iets kleiner dan een plaat. En omdat de slipmat 1.1mm dik is.
Het ziet er geweldig uit en is niet statisch ten opzichte van een vilt slipmat. Laat geen residu achter en brokkelt niet over tijd net als kurk.
Voor een normale vinyl muziek luisteraar is dit een geweldige upgrade.
