General
The VF1600 is the largest smoke machine from American DJ's VF series. It features a 2.3-litre fluid tank, a massive output of 560 square metres and - contrary to the smaller versions - the option to be controlled via DMX. This is a highly functional machine that is easy to transport and install. It is capable of clouding huge rooms and is, therefore, perfect for clubs, pubs, bowling alleys and average-size dance events.
VF1600: practical features
Enhance your light show by adding fog. The smoke accentuates the effects and beams of light, greatly enhancing the look of your light show. The VF1600 smoke machine is equipped with a 1,500W high-efficiency heater that quickly converts the fluid into smoke, leaving as little residue as possible - so that less cleaning is required. ADJ fitted this fog machine with several useful features, such as Electronic Thermo Sensing for an optimal temperature. Additionally, this device is equipped with a fluid-level sensor that shuts it down when the pump is at risk of running dry. The ADJ VF1600 comes with a remote control with a cable and a wireless remote. You can also choose to control the VF1600 via DMX, however.

- Op DMX is het alles of niets, al stuur je uit op 1 dan nog gooit hij er maximal rook uit, in vlagen neemt dat af naar wat minder, maar echt regelbaar... nee
- Erg slecht, vaste kap over reservoir.. dus is niet uitneembaar om te vullen.
- oude dipswitches
- zoals hierboven, geen toebehoren in de doos ( wired en wireless remote )

Snel uitgepakt en vloeistof in gedaan. 8 minuten opwarmen en rook produceren doet hij wel! Binnen tientallen seconden stond de woonkamer vol met rook. Daar valt niets over te klagen.
Echter toen ik na het speelkwartier op ging ruimen, ontdekte ik een klein plasje vloeistof onder de machine. Ook uit de machine druppelde wat vloeistof. Het lijkt mij niet gebruikelijk dus heb meteen een mail gestuurd naar de helpdesk. Ik wacht nu op een antwoord (wat bij bax-shop meestal een paar dagen kan duren).
