General

Upgrade your kit with the rich power of the high-end Pearl SCD1450AW/186 StaveCraft snare. This special Ashwood Edition model features a 25 millimetre thick two-ply ash shell mounted with MasterCast hoops for boosted volume. Unlike other off-the-shelf wooden snare drums, where the wood is steam-shaped, the shells of all StaveCraft snares are shaped by aligning single, vertical slices of wood and securely bonding them with glue to complete the cylindrical form. A masterful display of pure craft, this snare has been further reinforced with an exclusive exotic Mahka Wood Dado joint and pre-fitted with a set of Remo USA CS drumheads and STL55L Swivel Tube lugs.
