General

This Jungle Snare Drum by Sonor is 10 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep. The shell is made of 7-ply maple and delivers a rugged, focused, clear tone. It features sixteen jingles for that unmistakable tambourine effect and thanks to the special TuneSafe tension rods, you can play as many rim shots as you want without worrying about your snare going out of tune. The 2.3 mm PowerHoops are excellent for rim clicks and the 45-degree bearing edge offers outstanding resonance.

JTH holder + MH-PC clamp

To help you get started right away, Sonor have included a JTH holder and an MH-PC percussion clamp in this snare pack. These are used to mount the snare easily to your hi-hat stand in case you want to use it as a side snare. Naturally, you can also attach it to a regular snare stand that's designed for 10-inch snare drums.

Wrote the following about Sonor Jungle Snare Drum Pack with JTH holder + MH-PC clamp

Fijne snare. Droog geluid met hoge pich. Licht in gewicht. Als je de snare op een 10" snare-standaard zet hoor je de jingles heel lichtjes. Met de klem bevestigd aan de hihatstandaard wel.. Je kan dus kiezen. Snare klinkt als een 4 inch diepe soprano ondanks de 2 inch diepte. Zeer geschikt bij drumkitjes met kleine bassdrum (Sonor Martini/Sonor Safari/ Ludwig breakbeat/Tama Metrojam).
