Dressed up to complete your Caramel Aurora finished shell set, the Tama Starclassic Performer snare has a 14 inch diameter and 6.5 inch depth, while the shell itself has been shaped from a hybrid combo of maple and birch, where the maple lends characteristic definition that blends smoothly with the high and low frequency response of the birch, finishing your kit with the best of both worlds.
The Tama MBSS65-CAR Starclassic Performer Snare
Fitted with chrome-plated hardware and Die-Cast tension hoops, the Tama MBSS65-CAR snare has also been furnished with an Evans G1 drumhead, a Hazy 300 resonance head and an MS20R14S snare mat. Diving deeper, the shell construction is made up of two layers of maple and four layers of birch with a total wall thickness of 6mm which, besides the Caramel Aurora paint-job, has been stamped with an iconic 'Starclassic' badge, finishing an all-rounder of a snare, no matter your preferred tuning.
